The Simga – Bilaspur Project, officially designated as the Simga – Bilaspur Section, is a crucial highway infrastructure development located in the state of Chhattisgarh. Developed along the NH-130 corridor (running in conjunction with NH-49), this roadway is constructed with a high-capacity Four-Lane Highway configuration. The entire project stretch spans a total length of 77.945 kilometers.

Strategically, this corridor forms an important part of the NH-130 network, seamlessly connecting Raipur with Bilaspur, Katghora, and Ambikapur. The highway holds immense economic and industrial value as it provides vital connectivity to Korba, which stands as one of India's major coal mining regions, as well as to Durg and Bhilai, both prominent steel production centers. Consequently, the project plays a significant role in the bulk transportation of coal, iron ore, steel, and other industrial goods, rendering it a strategically essential freight corridor within the state.

To ensure efficient traffic management and steady vehicle processing across this heavy commercial route, the project integrates a structured tolling framework. Toll operations are managed across two operational toll plazas positioned along the stretch:

1. Bhojpuri Toll Plaza

2. Mudhipar Toll Plaza

Together, these facilities help maintain optimized vehicle throughput and reduce transit delays for long-haul freight carriers and daily commuters.
