Chairman & Director, NHIPMPL,
K. Venkata Ramana, Chairman & Director, NHIPMPL, has more than 36 years of
distinguished experience in Highways Sector.
He was appointed as Member (PPP) of NHAI in August, 2022 after serving for nearly 30
years in NHAI out of which 11 years as Chief General Manager (Technical). He is a Civil
Engineering Graduate.
He has overseen various highways & bridge projects on different contract modes and
expertise in Contract Management, Dispute Resolution and PPP Projects [BOT, Annuity,
HAM, ToT/ InvIT].
In 2011, he was bestowed with Nehru Award by IRC for outstanding contribution in
Highway Engineering.
Sh. Navin Kumar
((Director, NHIPMPL))
Shri Navin Kumar, Director, has more than 35 years of distinguished experience in
the planning, execution, and management of large-scale infrastructure projects of
National Highways. Out of which nearly 31 years were in MoRTH/National
Highways Authority of India (NHAI), GoI. Before taking charge as Director of
NHIPMPL, Founder Executive Director of NHIDCL, a Public Sector Company
under MoRTH. Also, RO-MoRTH, Jaipur & CGM (T), NHAI. Member of IRC &
IABSE. Presently on deputation in NHAI as CGM (Tech.) from the line Ministry of
Road Transport & Highways, GOI and Chief Engineer in the parent cadre of
Ministry of Road Transport & Highways since 2018.
Has done a B.E. in Civil Engineering from BIT, MESRA, Ranchi, and has attended
various training programs on “Contract Management, Arbitration & Dispute
Resolution” at the Indian Academy of Highway Engineers (IAHE); a Management
Development Programme on Arbitration and overseas training in JICA, JAPAN,
World Bank Tour to Australia and TICA training at Bangkok, Thailand.
Has also been awarded various awards and has also received Appreciation
Letters from NHIDCL for active support in its inception & its growth story as
founder ED (project) of the Company under the Ministry, GoI.
Sh. Sunil Yadav
(Chief Executive Officer and Director)
Shri Sunil Yadav, CEO & Director, has more than 36 years of
distinguished experience in the planning, execution, and management of
large-scale infrastructure projects, including National Highways, roads &
buildings. Out of which nearly 19 years in National Highways Authority of
India. Before taking charge of CEO & Director of NHIPMPL, he worked
as Regional Officer, National Highways Authority of India, Jaipur and
Gandhinagar, Director of SPVs of NHAI, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
National Highways Logistic Management Limited (NHLML).
He has done B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from Bangalore
University and has attended various training programmes on “Contract
Management, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution” at Indian Academy of
Highway Engineers (IAHE), Management Development Programme on
Arbitration, National Institute of Financial Management and International
Study Tour on “Ropeway Systems for Public Transportation”, Paris &
Toulouse, France sponsored by Asian Development Bank & French
Development Agency.
He has been awarded the NH Excellence Award 2020 and has also
received Appreciation Letters from State Government for active support
of NHAI.
Sh. Ashish Kumar Singh,
(Director)
Sh. Ashish Kumar Singh has around 20 years of experience in Public Finance. He also possesses in depth experience relating to various infra project finance, New Chart of Accounts, Performance Review Management System and Electronic Revenue Accounting package etc. He started his career from September 2002 as Civil Servant in (2002 Batch). Over the last 20 years, he has been in asset management of finance sector including Roads, Buildings, Budgeting Expenditure Monitoring, Technical Issues etc. At present, he is holding the post of CGM (F) in NHAI as well as Director in NHIPMPL. Ashish Kumar Singh is an ICAS, 2002 (IAS Examination 2001) Batch graduate in Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from Lucknow University of History, Political Science, and Anthropology. MBA in Finance from National Institute of Finance Management, Faridabad and Post graduate Diploma in year 2007-08 in Development Studies from “Institute of Developing Economies Advance School”, Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), Chiba, Japan. He has served as CAO in Uttar Pradesh Rakiya Nirman Nigam (UPRNN), as Deputy CGA in Ministry of Finance, CA/CCA in CBDT, Petroleum Chemical Fertilizer, National Pharmaceutical in Govt. of India before join as CGM (F), NHAI in November 2022.
