The Bareilly – Sitapur Project, officially designated as the Bareilly – Sitapur Section of NH-30 (Old NH-24), is a significant highway infrastructure development located in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Developed along the vital National Highway -30 (Old NH-24) corridor, this roadway is constructed with a high-capacity Four-Lane Highway configuration. The entire project spans an extensive total length of 157.590 kilometers. The specific stretch of this road commences at Design Km 262.000 and terminates at Km 419.590, closely corresponding to the existing Km 262.000 to Km 413.200 of the older NH-24 route.

Strategically, the project road forms an integral part of the highly essential NH-30 transit corridor. It serves as a major regional transportation link, crucially facilitating fluid passenger commuting and long-haul commercial freight movement across central and northern Uttar Pradesh. By expanding the corridor, the highway successfully alleviates regional congestion, improves travel safety standards, and significantly boosts inter-city logistics.

To maintain high operational efficiency and manage traffic flow effectively along this 157-kilometer stretch, the corridor features a structured tolling framework. The infrastructure explicitly comprises two operational toll plazas strategically positioned along the route:

1. Faridpur Toll Plaza, which is situated at chainage Km 266.900.

2. Maigalganj Toll Plaza, located further along the corridor at chainage Km 372.168.

Together, these facilities ensure streamlined vehicle processing for all everyday commuters and commercial carriers traversing the region.
