Sh. Sunil Yadav

(Chief Executive Officer and Director)

Shri Sunil Yadav, CEO & Director, has more than 36 years of distinguished experience in the planning, execution, and management of large-scale infrastructure projects, including National Highways, roads & buildings. Out of which nearly 19 years in National Highways Authority of India. Before taking charge of CEO & Director of NHIPMPL, he worked as Regional Officer, National Highways Authority of India, Jaipur and Gandhinagar, Director of SPVs of NHAI, Chief Operating Officer (COO) National Highways Logistic Management Limited (NHLML).

He has done B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from Bangalore University and has attended various training programmes on “Contract Management, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution” at Indian Academy of Highway Engineers (IAHE), Management Development Programme on Arbitration, National Institute of Financial Management and International Study Tour on “Ropeway Systems for Public Transportation”, Paris & Toulouse, France sponsored by Asian Development Bank & French Development Agency.

He has been awarded the NH Excellence Award 2020 and has also received Appreciation Letters from State Government for active support of NHAI.

Sh. Ashish Kumar Singh,

(Director)

Sh. Ashish Kumar Singh has around 20 years of experience in Public Finance. He also possesses in depth experience relating to various infra project finance, New Chart of Accounts, Performance Review Management System and Electronic Revenue Accounting package etc. He started his career from September 2002 as Civil Servant in (2002 Batch). Over the last 20 years, he has been in asset management of finance sector including Roads, Buildings, Budgeting Expenditure Monitoring, Technical Issues etc. At present, he is holding the post of CGM (F) in NHAI as well as Director in NHIPMPL. Ashish Kumar Singh is an ICAS, 2002 (IAS Examination 2001) Batch graduate in Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from Lucknow University of History, Political Science, and Anthropology. MBA in Finance from National Institute of Finance Management, Faridabad and Post graduate Diploma in year 2007-08 in Development Studies from “Institute of Developing Economies Advance School”, Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), Chiba, Japan. He has served as CAO in Uttar Pradesh Rakiya Nirman Nigam (UPRNN), as Deputy CGA in Ministry of Finance, CA/CCA in CBDT, Petroleum Chemical Fertilizer, National Pharmaceutical in Govt. of India before join as CGM (F), NHAI in November 2022.

Sh. Ajay Batra

(Head – Projects and Operations)

Shri Ajay Batra is the Head – Projects and Operations at National Highways InvIT Project Managers Private Ltd.

He comes with over three decades of experience in the Highway Construction industry, after serving across varied terrains in various parts of the country. In his varied leadership roles in various Government Organizations, he has successfully overseen the planning, design and execution of roads and highways, bridges, ROBs, EUPs /VUPs, optimizing asset performance and building high-quality, resilient infrastructures.

He carries a thorough understanding of building and maintaining high-value road assets that supports economic growth and safer mobility for all users.

As Head Projects & Operations, he leads project delivery, maintenance and Toll Operations of highway projects while ensuring optimal performance and safety of existing assets over their lifecycle.

Sh. Bandu Suresh Londhe,

 Head System (ATMS & TMS)

Sh. Bandu Suresh Londhe is the experienced Head System (ATMS & TMS) of National Highways InvIT Project Managers Private Limited has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Computer Technology and Diploma (3 Year) in Industrial Electronic with a completion of training in Information Technology Infrastructure Library certification (ITIL V 3), Windows Server Administration, RDBMS etc.
With an impressive track record of 23+ years in IT & ITS industries in different domain which include starting from ground Level to planning, Design, Development, Implementation, contract management, Quality & standard, Resource Planning, Product life cycle management, relationship management, operation and maintenance of ITS System and other IT infrastructure. Also having decent experience in Toll Management System, Highway Traffic Management System /Advance Traffic management System & Information technology He has worked with companies like Nippon Koei India Private Limited, Vara Infrovate Private Limited, Elsamex Maintenance Services Private Limited (IL&FS), Vaan Infra Private Limited, Simplex Infrastructure Limited & Bharat Road Nigam Private Limited, Omya India Private Limited, Ideal Road Builder Private Limited & Larsen & Toubro Cement Works Limited. During the tenure with above organisation, he has worked PAN India with clients across multiple geographies covering and visited abord for the IT seminar in countries like Korea, Thailand, Malaysia & Switzerland.

Sh. Brajesh Kumar Tripathi

Chief Financial Officer)

Brajesh Kumar Tripathi is the Chief Financial Officer at National Highways InvIT Project Managers Private Limited and currently serves as Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts) at NHAI.

  He brings approximately 10 years of experience as a finance and accounting professional across diverse sectors including Power & Electricity, Large-Scale Infrastructure Construction, and Higher Education. His expertise spans the full spectrum of financial operations, covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Revenue Accounting, Investment, Taxation and Budgeting.

  Brajesh has successfully managed complex transactions, including procurement and contract management, encompassing activities such as refinancing, financial closures, ownership transitions, and restructuring. He is passionate about driving initiatives, embracing change, and excelling in dynamic and challenging environments.

  He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2016, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Rajasthan in 2011, and completed CFA Level I in July 2025.

Sh. Saurabh Vijay,

( Manager-Secretarial & Legal and Company Secretary)

Sh. Saurabh Vijay is the Manager- (Secretarial & Legal) and Company Secretary of the National Highways InvIT Project Managers Private Limited. He is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Master's Degree in Commerce. He has 8 years of experience in Secretarial and Legal Matters. 

He has previously been associated with Saurabh Vijay & Associates, Jaipuria Silk Mills Private Limited and Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GOI, New Delhi.
